Return
All handmade dresses, although we can be careful, there may be some small problems that we can't completely avoid, but please take it easy, if there are problems with our dresses that are not the correct size, color, style, you will get a refund! If it's your fault, you need to take some responsibility. Hope you can understand.
For custom and plus size orders, sorry we cannot accept returns, please be aware of this policy because even if they are returned, we cannot sell them in the future.
For standard size dresses in the picture color, we strongly recommend that you choose your size carefully as return shipping is too expensive. Please check our size chart carefully and order the correct size.
For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note that accessories are final sales.
We will accept returns in case of quality problems, and we also have the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as the wrong size you gave us, but we offer free replacement. We do not accept returns for trial orders. If you only need one garment, don't order multiple garments and return the others you don't like. Because all clothes are made after payment, it is difficult to sell them even if they are returned.
Customers need to know:
None of the dresses will be "off the shelf" (our dresses are all made to order). We strongly recommend that you choose "Custom" to make sure the clothes are right for you when they arrive.
Custom size dresses cannot be returned. Because the custom size is customized according to your needs, we can't do secondary sales, so custom dresses, we do not accept returns.
Refund steps
Please follow our return guidelines carefully:
1. We will not issue unconditional refunds. You need to provide pictures to prove the problem in as much detail as possible, we will take pictures of this dress before shipping to avoid fraud.
2. Contact our customer service within 2-7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
3. We only accept products in their original condition, we cannot process any returned products without our approval. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service and obtain a return address by contacting us. Any returns not approved by us will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: The address on the package you received is not our return address, please do not use the address on the package! ! !
4. Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear, tear or odor.
5. The return shipping will be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the buyer.
6. The shipping method we use for you, then when you ship it back, you must use the same shipping method. If we ship this garment to you via DHL/UPS then you need to use this too.
7. All returned dresses must be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee. Upon receipt of the returned dress we will review and process the refund within 2-3 business days.
